Internal Control /Auditor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Control/Auditor at WG Land located in Bandung. West Java. The Internal Control/Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial audits, evaluating internal controls, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications :

Minimum Bachelor Degree from Civil Engineer/Accounting for finance.
A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, especially 1-3 years experience as cost controller in property developer.
Able to operate Microsoft Office programs and accounting software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credentials are a plus.
Have work experience in a Public Accounting Firm or Property (Preferred).
Placement in Bandung.

Accounting

Qualifications :

Possess a minimum D3/S1 degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
At least 3 years experience in accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Responsible for maintaining and updating accounting records and files.
Analyze budgets and generate expense reports.
Examine tax policies and manage tax payments and returns.
Conduct bank reconciliation, tax reconciliation, and journal entries.
Create monthly closing reports and organize documents for filing.
